中国医院协会:
中国医院协会（Chinese Hospital Association，CHA)是由依法获得医疗机构执业许可的各级各类医疗机构(不含农村卫生院、卫生所、医务室)自愿组成的全国性、行业性、非营利性的群众性团体，是依法成立的社团法人。
中国医院协会的宗旨是：遵守我国法律、法规，执行国家卫生工作方针和政策；维护会员的合法权益；发挥行业指导、自律、协调、监督作用，提高会员的管理水平，推动医疗机构改革和建设的持续健康发展，为保护人民健康和社会主义现代化建设服务。
中国医院协会的业务主管单位是中华人民共和国卫生部，依法接受其业务指导；本会的登记管理机关是中华人民共和国民政部，接受其监督管理。
中华医学会：
中华医学会是中国医学科学技术工作者自愿组成并依法登记成立的学术性、公益性、非营利性法人社团，是党和国家联系医学科技工作者的桥梁和纽带，是发展中国医学科学技术事业的重要社会力量。
中华医学会(Chinese Medical Association)成立于1915年。现有82个专科分会，43万余名会员，设有办事机构15个，建有医学图书馆1个，法人实体机构2个。
Hong Kong Hospital Authority 醫院管理局:
The Hospital Authority is a statutory body established on 1 December 1990 under the Hospital Authority Ordinance to manage all public hospitals in Hong Kong. It is an independent organization which is accountable to the Government through the Secretary for Food and Health who is responsible for the formulation of health policies and monitoring the performance of the Authority.
醫 院 管 理 局 是 一 個 法 定 機 構 ， 根 據 《 醫 院 管 理 局 條 例 》 於 一 九 九 Ｏ 年 十 二 月 一 日 成 立 ， 負 責 管 理 香 港 所 有 公 立 醫 院 。 醫 管 局 是 一 個 獨 立 機 構 ， 惟 須 透 過 食 物 及 衛 生 局 局 長 向 政 府 負 責 ， 食 物 及 衛 生 局 局 長 負 責 制 定 醫 療 衛 生 政 策 及 監 察 醫 管 局 的 工 作 。
The Hospital Authority formally took over the management of all the 38 public hospitals and institutions, and their 37,000 staff on 1 December 1991. It currently manages a Head Office, 41 public hospitals / institutions, 48 specialist outpatient clinics and 74 general outpatient clinics (with the transfer of the management of 59 General Outpatient Clinics from Department of Health in 2003). As at Year 2006/2007, the Authority managed over 27,600 hospital beds which represented around 4 public hospital beds per 1,000 population. It employs about 53,000 staff. For 2008/2009, the Authority's recurrent expenditure budget from Government is HK$30,500 million.
醫 管 局 於 一 九 九 一 年 十 二 月 一 日 正 式 接 管 38 間 公 立 醫 院 及 有 關 醫 療 機 構 ， 以 及 其 屬 下 37,000 名 員 工 。 目 前 醫 管 局 轄 下 有 一 個 總 辦 事 處 、 41 間 公 立 醫 院 / 醫 療 機 構 、 48 間 專 科 門 診 診 療 所 及 74 間 普 通 科 門 診 診 療 所 ( 包 括 於 二 零 零 三 年 接 管 衛 生 署 59 間 普 通 門 診 診 所)。 在二ＯＯ六/二ＯＯ七年度， 醫 管 局 轄 下 的 病 床 超過 27,600 張 ， 即 每 千 人 約 有 4 張 公 立 醫 院 病 床， 並 聘 用 了 約 53,000 名 員 工 。 在 二 Ｏ Ｏ 八 / 二Ｏ Ｏ 九 年 度 政 府 向 醫 管 局 作 出 的 經 常 性 撥 款 為 305 億 。
