UK Nation Health Service NHS : The NHS was set up in 1948 and is now the largest organisation in Europe. It is recognised as one of the best health services in the world by the World Health Organisation but there need to be improvements to cope with the demands of the 21st century. The NHS is changing the way it works to make sure patients always come first. This has brought about some fundamental changes in the way the NHS is structured and the way in which the different organisations within the NHS relate to each other.

World Health Organization (WHO): WHO is the directing and coordinating authority for health within the United Nations system. It is responsible for providing leadership on global health matters, shaping the health research agenda, setting norms and standards, articulating evidence-based policy options, providing technical support to countries and monitoring and assessing health trends. 世卫组织是联合国系统内卫生问题的指导和协调机构。它负责对全球卫生事务提供领导，拟定卫生研究议程，制定规范和标准，阐明以证据为基础的政策方案，向各国提供技术支持，以及监测和评估卫生趋势。
