Medical Device Europe Service Centre will be staffed with a Senior Technician (from China) and a technician manager (local). Their service includes:
1. To repair and maintain all the Medical Device Product (? Or start with some product first, gradually expands to all products),
2. To provide instant technical support to Europe distributors;
3. To supply spare parts and product accessories to Europe market;
4. To liaison with Europe distributors regarding to all technical issues;
5. To assist M Europe office with all technical matter.
The Medical Device Europe Service Centre will be fully equipped to test, repair, calibrate, service and maintain all medical equipment. A workshop in London will store all stock and provides workplace for two technicians operate all service. Service will be limited to distributor and in-house repair only. Further service will be developed in future.
